photograph what is needed to post that property on this site. It remains on this
site until it sells, you list with a Realtor, or take it off the market.
3 - You receive a Uneedmyhouse.com sign for your yard.
4 - We design and give you a master copy of a flier on photo paper using
the photographs taken of your home.
5 - The pictures of your home, and the information you provide will be
posted on this site.
6 - You will receive a copy of the photographs taken of your home on CD.
* The best part is that you're only being charged for the photography services. See

not Realtors, Brokers, or Property Managers, and do not advertise as such. We

negotiate with a buyer, will

You receive photography services of the front of property or needed photos for
posting on this site.
B)
Package - $135.00
Home Owner receives photography services of their home and grounds, and a
FREE
posting
on this site.
Photography services include taking pictures of all rooms, and front and back of
property.
Pictures on CD, and a flier containing pictures of your home and the information
provide by you.
C) Package - $195.00
Includes Package B plus virtual tour. Photography Services for a virtual tour
includes 4 areas/tours
Additional areas/tour $10.00 per area.

1) You can email or call to have your home
posted, and to obtain photography services.
2) We will take professional pictures of rooms/areas of your
choice including
yards, garages, basements, etc. By using the professional photographer services,
you can also add a virtual tour of your home to your posting.
3) You can detail your home's strong points on a page that will be created just for you. It's your home and you decide what information is important. It will be stated on your page that all information is provided by the home owner, and the studio name for the photography services.
4) Included with the Professional Photography Services is a stand alone sign for your yard that will have this website address. If Uneedmyhomse.com is contacted by a Buyer, the Buyer will directed to call you. Uneedmyhouse.com will not answer any questions concerning your home.
5) Your posting will be placed within this site until your home is sold, or you decide to list with a Realtor. Buyers will come here looking for homes for sale by owners, not Realtor listings. It is your responsibility to contact uneedmyhouse.com immediately upon signing a contract with a Realtor. You must contact us when your home is under contract, and again once it is sold. We will not post homes that are currently listed with a Realtor. Notification of no less than (7) seven days required to remove a home from this site.
6) You may elect to have in your information for Realtor's to bring offers as well. Again, you are the seller and take all responsibility for any and all negotiations rather it is with a Buyer directly or a Realtor.
7) Uneedmyhouse.com reserves the right to refuse a home posting for any reason.
Posting your home with uneedmyhouse.com
should not keep you from advertising your home with other sources. The purpose of
this site is to help people see your home, and have a true interest before
making the call to set an appointment with you to view the home. When placing an
ad you should include this
web address in the ad. We will also advertise at our discretion this site through
