Question - Can I submit my own pictures?
Answer - No, sorry, all pictures are taken by Photography By Dennis & Yvette

Question - How long will you be at my home taking pictures?
Answer - Depending on the number of rooms, and if you want a virtual tour. Normal time frame should be approx. one hour.

Question - Can I post my home here if it is listed with a Realtor?
Answer - No, we only post homes that are photographed by us and are For Sale By Owner.

Question - How long will my home be posted on your site?
Answer - Your home will remain posted on this site until you either sell it, list it with a Realtor, or ask for us to remove it. You must notify us within 7 days to remove your posting once you sign a contract with a Realtor.

Question - Will you talk to a Buyer on my behalf?
Answer -  NO, We will never talk to a Buyer on your behalf, or answer any questions concerning your home.

Question - Do you receive a commission from the sell?
Answer - No, We do not receive a commission from the sell. Our payment is for the photography services only.

Question - How do you receive payment for the photography services?
Answer - You can pay us by check, money order, or through Pay Pal. The Pay Pal account is set up through dennis@photographybydennis.com.

Question - How will you advertise this site?
Answer - We will advertise through my discretion. We will whatever means we see fit to keep this site visible to the public. This site has already been submitted to search engines.

Question - Do I need to sign a contract with you?
Answer - No, there is no contract to be signed, however I do have a disclaimer that you sign that you are the owner of the property and given us permission to take the photographs of your home and post them on this site.

Question - If I take my house off the market can I get a refund?
Answer - No...There is no refund if you decide to take your posting from the site.

Question - If I advertise my home in the newspaper, can I put this web address in the ad?
Answer - Yes, it is strongly recommended that you use this web address in your ad that you place in the newspaper so that your pictures of your home can be viewed.

Question - If I reduce the price of my home or want to add additional information, is there a charge to change that information?
Answer - There is no charge the first time you need to make a change to your posting. Any changes after the first time will be $5.00.

Question - Will I receive any kind of sign with this web site address for my lawn?
Answer - Yes, you will receive a sign with "See this home at www.uneeedmyhouse.com" for the front of your property.

Question - What if I am not happy with the pictures you take, will you come out and re-take the photographs?
Answer - We are professional photographers and thrive on getting the best pictures possible for every event. If the pictures are not suitable, we will be the first to know and request to retake any pictures we need.
